For event organisers
Plan the route, run the drive
Everything to take an event from an idea to a smooth convoy — routes, RSVPs and live tracking in one place.
- 1
Create & publish an event
Give it a title, meeting point and time. It stays a private draft until you hit Publish — then your members can see it and RSVP. Lock RSVPs until a date if you want to open them later.
- 2
Build the route
Drop waypoints on the map and they snap to real roads. Drag the line to take the scenic way, flip on “Avoid highways” for back roads, and add typed pit stops (coffee, fuel, photo). Import or export GPX for members’ GPS units.
- 3
Test it before anyone drives
Run the route yourself with the ghost car — a virtual leader 100 m ahead — any time, off-schedule. Tweak and re-save until it’s right.
- 4
Manage who’s coming
See the RSVP roster per event — names and cars — so you can plan catering, regroup points and the convoy order.
- 5
Run the live convoy
On the day, everyone shares one map. Assign a lead car and a tail-end Charlie, and members are checked in automatically as they reach each pit stop — no head-counts.
